Rusty's Pizza Parlor - Goleta

We visited one of Rusty's Pizzas during our trip to Santa Barbara. The Chili Verde Pizza is absolutely amazing, especially on a thin crust; otherwise, it tends to get soggy. I felt like I was celebrating four birthdays in a single bite! The staff who served us was fantastic.

The pick-up line is the same as the regular line, which caused my online order to sit for an additional 20 minutes without any explanation. The cashier was rude, and the end result was cold food.

I grew up in Los Angeles and spent a lot of time at Peter Piper Pizza in Las Vegas. The atmosphere brought back great memories, and the quality of the pizza was just as I had hoped—crispy and delicious. I ended up visiting Santa Barbara twice during my four-day trip!

I tried to order a pizza by calling the number on Google. The person who replied (Call Center) was rude and it was very obvious that he did not want to take orders. Too bad because we really wanted to try your pizzas, but the bad/unexistent customer service from the Call Center made us somewhere else. You (business owner) may want to randomly check how they treat customers who place an order.

The staff was nice and helpful. The pizza was well done and the place was very clean. Coming here again very soon.??oh yeah the beer nice and cold.?
