Outback Steakhouse - Gonzales

I needed to write this review for this location. When my group of 4 were seated, originally no one came to wait on us. No “drinks?”, no “how are you?”. The manager was quick to assist us and make things right after my wife complained to one waiters that kept passing us by. Apparently everyone was busy but without acknowledgement that we were there it was an issue. The Gonzales, Louisiana location is horrible. This makes two different occasions when they failed meet any semblance of expectations. First time we went had to send my salmon back three times for being ice cold. This time they couldn't even get the steak right both my sweet potato and my steak or ice cold when they brought it out originally and even after I had to send it back it came back cold again. Service and atmosphere was great, the food was o.k.

My experience was great. The food was hot and delicious. Dillion provided hands pn service and was professional and helpful., I will return.

Great food and even better service. Our server, Hersh, was amazing and very attentive. The manager, Dillion, was very personable and took time to check on us and make sure we were enjoying our meal. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area. Get the Tasmanian chili and the cheesecake.
