Hooters - Goodlettsville

Despite its somewhat shabby appearance, this restaurant offers delicious food. Additionally, the guys claim they see attractive women here.

My wife ordered food from this restaurant through Uber Eats. Her name was on the bag and the receipt inside, but the receipt was for someone else's order! This mistake was clearly the fault of Hooters, not the driver. We received $60 worth of food on an order that cost almost $100. When we called the restaurant, they tried to blame Uber Eats for the mix-up. Thanks a lot, Hooters. Hopefully the other customer enjoys the extra food that we paid for.

The food was okay once it arrived hot after being sent back. However, we had to endure a live kitchen fight between two cooks while trying to enjoy our meal, with three children at the table. I believe a manager should have apologized for the disturbance caused by their staff, but instead, they explained that tensions had been brewing and finally boiled over. This occurred at Rivergate Hooters, to be specific.

This is my favorite Hooters! All the new staff is gorgeous and fun! It’s nice they all yell hi when I walk in. Amanda was my bartender and she always introduces me to other regulars and staff so they all know my beer. It makes it nice. Hope to see her win Miss Hooters she deserves it! That’s our girl!

No star is not an option! a star is being generous! Everything from the service to the food was slow and not worth the 2hours spent to get it. The Carmel fudge cheesecake, that the waitress didn't even know they had will be the only reason I ever think of stopping at that Hooters again. The manager seemed to think it was a joke to the way he was cutting up.
