Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza

I also ordered a pizza, but it was not the one I usually get because there was no option for a thin or medium crust on the menu board and the clerk did not ask me my preference. When I got home, my husband informed me that we prefer thin crust, so I was not satisfied with the pizza I received. The clerk boasted about the success of the new location, but the restaurant was empty and he did not provide much information about the pizza. Overall, this experience was a departure from my usual positive experiences at Papa Murphy's, especially without the fresh salad. To make matters worse, when we opened the salad boxes at home, most of it was old and ruined. We ended up throwing away most of it and had to add our own ingredients just to salvage what we could eat.

The service at this restaurant is consistently outstanding. There is one young lady who always makes my pizza perfectly.

I ordered a cowboy no sausage, Canadian bacon half black olives. Got half Canadian bacon no black olives. Took almost 1 hour to get very sorry service

Whoever owns this place doesn?t take pride in what they have. I am not going to blame the employees because it is past that. If you can?t find people to work when your signs says open then you are either not treating them right or not paying them acompetitive wage. We live 3 mins from this store and have to drive to the Hendersonville store because this store is not openhalf the time and they never answer phone when they are open. If your going to invest money in a business, how about taking alittle pride in your business and fix it!

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic! What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service from the staff. Even though they were super busy, they took the time to help me with my payment app. I absolutely adore this place and would highly recommend it to others.
