Willa's Shortbread - Goodlettsville

We love Willa's Shortbread. I have had many of the flavors and the favorite is still the traditional cookie. These are melt in your mouth good. It's hard to only eat a few. If you are in the market for a good homemade cookie it is worth the drive. You will not be disappointed.

I was the lucky recipient of a box from batch that included your wildflower honey shortbread bites. I didn't think these would be somethingi would like and...on man...i was very wrong! i had to stop myself from eating them all at once. I will absolutely be purchasing this for myself and for gifts. Amazing product! My husband and myself are very pleasantly surprised! Can't wait to try more!

I ordered 2 different products from Willa's totaling 2 lbs. to be sent as a gift. The USPS said they delivered the gift. It was not received. When asking for help from Willa's, I was told that they take no responsibility for delivering. I was told to file a claim with the USPS. Filing such a claim would be a total waste of time. I fail to understand why Willa's doesn't use a dependent shipping company UPS or FED EX. USPS provides terrible service. I received poor or actually no customer service. The gift should have been resent by Willa's. I am out $65 for 2 pounds of cookies that the recipient never received. SAD. I will never order from this company again.

Willa 's shortbread not only is the BEST shortbread cookie you are ever going to have, it 's owned and staffed by the best people you will ever meet. They have gone above and beyond to make sure shipments of their cookies get to my 96 year old grandmother safely. I sent her a box as a treat one time and she 's been absolutely hooked ever since. But with her declining health it was difficult to send packages as she couldn 't retrieve them from her porch. I decided to order some more and I put a note in the special instructions section to ask the delivery person to hand them to her. Not only did they do that but they made it loud and clear on the box! Grandmother got her cookies and was thrilled. I traveled up to their retail store today to say thank you (and buy WAY more cookies than I needed! I actually mentioned it when we were checking out and the lovely woman behind the counter said I remember that order, I packed it! Thank you Willa 's for being just everything we need right now!
