Dutch Bros Coffee - Goodyear

Yall have some new stall and I understand the turn over part , but some of the staff are not people person , if I order a Double Dark Chocolate, med Ice with Carmel around the cup , line the cup first x2 one with extra lining. And we get Chocolate Lining than it needs to be remaid, the Attitude that you give is not Necessary , this is my Dutch Bros, I like it a lot and do not want to switch . Please have a great day !! Since I started going to this DuchBros I have loved it, they have amazing product, and for the most part amazing customer service. However, I feel it has been declining lately; lines have been taking 30-40 minutes to get through, if you walk up off shift employees are there just talking and so customers orders aren't being taken or given out, and I have noticed a pattern of cars getting skipped. This morning there were two cars in the same lane with two people I figured, to save the employees from the walk, I'd pull behind them but when two vehicles pulled into the next lane they were helped first. I really wanted to give a piece of my mind to the guy who skipped us but we were helped by one of their new-hires so I kept to myself till I got upfront and asked for the boys name so I could write a review. They aren't allowed to give out names which I understand but I hope this gets to the guy I'm talking about and something is done because this isn't the first time he's done this.

I was there about 2 weeks ago and I've seen it all. The girl asked if I wanted to leave a tip... she said 1 2 or 3 dollars. I didn't feel like tipping, but I thought it would be nice, so I told her to round up the change to make it an even number. The girl decided to tip herself a dollar. I told the manager, and the manager decided to defend her, saying that this girl had never done that before. I asked if she had not gotten caught before? The manager didn't understand what I asked. I called the cooperate office and complained. The cooperate office said the district manager would get back to me, but 2 weeks later, still nothing. This tipping is out of control. At least offer an apology for the dishonest people you have working for you. I'll never come to this place again.

Although I didn't get the amount of chocolate or Carmel drizzle I would have liked today, this place always is on point. Best coffee shop around, and the rewards app is the best! And only place that has the most and best sugar free options!Food: 5/5
