Papa Johns Pizza - Goodyear

I love this place! They are always on time, and I've never had an issue with my order. Kendra is fantastic! She lets me borrow the pizza bag to keep the pizzas warm for my sons' football team. It’s so great of her and all the staff to help out in this way!

I absolutely love this restaurant! I visit frequently and am always welcomed with a smile. The staff is polite and provides excellent customer service. The manager, Amanda, is fantastic! I really appreciate the way she communicates and engages with her team. She is respectful and attentive at all times. I choose to come here because their customer service is top-notch!

I delivered pizzas for my niece's birthday party and, upon opening the box, I discovered that the pizza had shifted during the drive home, causing half of it to stick against the side of the box. I called the restaurant and went back to get a replacement. The staff were very apologetic, and we exchanged the damaged pizza for a new one. If it hadn’t been a birthday party and it was just for me or my family, I probably wouldn’t have asked for a replacement; I would have just eaten it as is.

It is a great location, they rarely have long delivery times and the pizza is what we ordered 90% of the time. the other times were addressed immediately because I picked up in the load, they will take care of mistakes when they can.

Ordered last week for the 2 large pizza deals which still ended up being $30. The email said 88 minutes so I waited until it had been almost 2 hours, I called and the manager said the pizzas were still at the store and would be another 30-45 to be delivered. I told them to change it to pick up and I’ll just come get it. Waited in line for 20 minutes just for someone to ask why we were there, amongst the line of people also having the same issue apparently, just to get two cold pizzas. I left a complaint with the store and no one has contacted us to resolve this. Honestly $30 for two pizzas is one thing, $30 for two cold pizzas that took 3 hours? Come on.
