Victoria Hotel - Goondiwindi

Excellent service. Great food. Courtesy bus. Highly recommended. The building is magnificent. The meals were wholesome country food. Vegies were fresh. All serves were generous and not over priced.

We decided to eat here as the menu looked great and the dining room was seperate from the hotel bar. It turned out that many items were not available from the menu as they had had a busy weekend. This was a dissapointment however the meals we ended up with were delicious and great value for money. The staff, although very busy, were friendly nd very helpful. We would recommend this place to eat.

The lounge of the Victoria had been renovated with some booth seating and regular seating. Nice atmosphere. Whilst my gf fish was cooked well the flavour was plain as was the salad. The steak was cooked well. Pleasant wines by the glass were purchased from the bar. Staff friendly and efficient.

Good food. Rissoles and vegetables very nice. Ravioli with olives and sundried tomato was particularly good. four meals and jug of softdrink under $90. excellent meals at very reasonable prices for families.

This well renovated old pub is worth a visit just for the character alone.We were served by great friendly staff and the barramundi was superb, however the Lamb strips with apple balsamic would be best avoided unless you love your meal swimming in malt vinegar.$12 nightly specials also make it attractive for the budget conscious.
