Barbeque Nation - Gorad Salem

I ordered food delivery from Swiggy on July 3rd. I ordered tangri kabab and chicken. I received raw chicken for the kababs (which was a burnt, deep-fried chicken leg, not even a kabab) and stale, stinking chicken for chicken 65. I filed a complaint with Swiggy and also informed BBQ Nation Salem about the issue. Mr. Yasir apologized and invited us for lunch the next day. Due to the current circumstances with the coronavirus, we declined the offer and requested a refund. He advised us to contact Swiggy for a refund, and if they didn't refund, he said he would do so from their restaurant. Since Swiggy did not provide a refund, we contacted him again. He said he would speak with the manager and call back, but we have not received a response and he does not answer or return my calls. This was a pathetic response and the food was terrible. A disgrace to a well-known brand!

I went to this nation with my friends .we ordered one grill chicken it was so spicy Really nice taste but poor response this barbaque should improve customer satisfaction They should give quick response

The food quality at this restaurant is excellent. The barbeques were extraordinary and just the perfect amount of spicy. The service provided by Momin Tasif with a smiling face was exceptional, as he took extra care of us. I would rate this experience a 98 out of 100.

Visited the restaurant for dinner today, the food is excellent beyond words. The starters were great. The kulfi flavours were superb. The service was excellent. Worth a second visit for sure.

I have been to BBQ NATION in Chennai few times so i definitely find this place different from them. The worst part was we got a mocktail with little glass piece in it but yeah they were sorry for it.Veg starters are very good compared to non veg starters. Non veg starters seem to have too much of masala. One should try BBQ style food if you are in Salem as it's new to town.
