The Wild Olive - Gosforth

What a wonderful little restaurant! The food was fantastic, the service was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly. We stopped by after hiking Scafell Pike and were pleased to find the place bustling. The only seats available were at the bar/pizza gathering area, but we happily accepted them! We ordered pizzas and they exceeded our expectations! The sticky toffee pudding was simply divine! I can't recommend this place highly enough! We’re definitely coming back next year, and I can't wait!

I visited this restaurant twice in one week. During my first visit, I had the best Caesar salad I've ever tasted. On my second visit, I ordered the Arrabiata, which was the spiciest I've ever experienced. Unfortunately, the Tiramisu for dessert was quite disappointing.

The food and service are always outstanding! Last night was no exception. A big thank you to everyone at Wild Olive for making my birthday so special! I really appreciate Holly for organizing everything! x
