Incredible coffee and staff! Great place to do a little work from. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

VERY slow take away coffee service. It wasn’t busy however the staff members were too busy laughing and chatting to make our coffees. Took 8 minutes of us sitting there looking at them for them to finally start the machine. Every table when we walked in had used plates and or cups on them, therefor we chose to take away. Won’t be back very poor customer service both at the till and during our time here. Service: Take out

Only good thing was the coffee. Ordered three meals for lunch, eggs Benedict and two crispy chicken salads. Wanted 35 minutes to get one of the meals eggs). Finally got the salads after having to ask for them. They were disgusting. Plate of lettuce no dressing) two small tomatoes and chicken. This is the bad part. RAW CHICKEN. Got money back. This was a local hang out for us but it has new owners. Will definitely not be going back. There were four complaints in the time we were there.

Will not be going back there. We loved going to Bean&Co, but under new management things have gone down hill. No Chicken Filo anymore, no wraps anymore. Lovely lady out the back but that's about the only nice thing I have to say. It took 20 minutes to get take away coffee and they weren't busy at all. Sausage roll was fill of herbs. So now I shall wait until another new owner takes over. Food: 1
