New World - Governors Bay

Myself and another lady have come into New World today and both got a Salad from the salad bar. I would like to say that the choices are amazing and super delicious and Lynn that was working in there is there making sure nothing is running low and presentation was fantastic to you Lynn you do a wonderful job and you are appreciated :

One of the nicest supermarkets I've been to. Staff are all friendly. Great selection of products. They have lots of things I just haven't managed to find anywhere else! Store is always clean and well looked after. Central location makes it quick and convenient to pop in and get what you need.

New World Morehouse really is an awesome little grocery shop. Very friendly and helpful staff and for the size of the store has a fantastic range. They maybe a little more expensive than pak n save but are a better store by far. That’s my opinion anyway. Just have to add a little bit about NW Durham. I’ve just done my weekly shop, which isn’t a lot to be honest, but they have new staff and the new checkout lady I got was **** shocking. She couldn’t give a dam about the products I had bought, she just threw them in the bag without a care in the world. Even the younger fresh faced teenagers are better than this woman, she is absolutely shocking. If I get her next time I’ll be making my thoughts heard and this woman will hopefully be either put out the back or sacked.

Large store, many vegan products some in sections designated “Plant based”. Bulk food section and refillery station. Self serve checkout and pleasant cashiers. Café inside (One 7 Five) has some vegan items, including a breakfast wrap and treats.
