Great food and a great location. Must be experienced first hand. If you find yourself in Sweden, make sure to find time to visit this little gem.

You must come on boat to this place. Food is good, basic well cooked and not pretentious. Service is nice, sometimes a bit slow. Wonderful surroundings and a great trip to get here from wherever you start your trip. Highly recommended actually on of the better places in the archipelago – trust me I have tried most – but pricy. A dinner can easily cost 6-800 SEK per person.

Try the cod, it's fantastic. A summer restaurant with some live music, local craft beer and bar that covers all bases.

On our frist vistit to Fejan we ejoyed the new pier (new 2014) that provided a safe mooring for the night. The restaurant is worth visiting, very much do. It justifies visitimg the island Fejan altogether for two reasons. The first reason is the food that is really, really good. Amazing so far out in the archipellago. The second reson is the atmosphere, the coziness is a bit surprising when thing about Fejan being the quarantine hospital protecting Stockolm from cholera once upon a time. To add on this we really liked the staff as well. We will be back!

Fejan is a great place to take a break from reality at. We came to have a 3 day conference in early november, just before the real winter starts. Everyting work perfectly, Fejan assisted us with the bus trip, arranged a taxi boat and then had perfect service all weekend. The rooms are spartan but cosy and warm, the staff is very service minded and had everything planned and fixed for us. The absolute highpoint is the restaurant, really great food, and i do mean really great. I definitely recommend you to come and spend a couple of days here at fejan and charge your batteries, you will go home a new person.
