Burger King - Grain Valley

Just recieved my whopper meal (small no upgrade). I was charged 10.49 plus tax. I thought it weird that it was so expensive. I googled menu prices for Burger King and found out the price from the franchise is quoted at 6.49. There was also a story abouthow different owners can charge more based upon their business plan. I won't stop there again. P.s. my fries were cold!

Fast friendly service If they screw it up, they will make it right. The one thing that would make me put 4 instead of 5 and this is everywhere I go They don't always address customers at counter because busy with drive through ????

This is the third time that I have been there now at each time has been terrible. They are never busy when I go but somehow my order is wrong and cold each time. Cold fries with very little toppings on the Whopper and rude staff. Burger King on Adamsdairy in Blue springs is much much better.

Got order wrong and had an attitude about it. Raised his voice and very mean. 3rd visit all 3 not great. Don't waste your money go to Adam's Dairy.

Tried to stop at Burger King in Grain Valley tonight at 6pm and I was told by the manager ?I?m sorry I?m not gonna be able to help you at the counter. I don?t have enough people to run the drive-through and the counter!? I went inside because there waseight people in the drive-through lane assuming that I could just go in and get the drink that I wanted a little quicker. Iguess not!! The other guy that was standing in front of me also left as well as a carload of people that were coming in as Ileft, because I told them what was said!
