Pizza Hut - Granbury

I have been a loyal customer of Pastafina for more than a decade and I have never been let down. Last Sunday, we celebrated my brother's birthday at Pastafina, and it was a fantastic experience!

I went to this restaurant with my family once, but I didn't have a great experience. The prices were a bit high and the food was not very tasty.

I want to extend my gratitude to Angela for the outstanding service she provided tonight. This restaurant has consistently delivered delicious food and top-notch service, and we always enjoy dining here.

I really wanted to like this place more than I do. I like the atmosphere. It’s dark and cool inside even when it’s scorching hot outside, which I appreciate. However, the last two visits have been less than stellar. First, we waited several minutes for a hostess to notice us standing at the hostess stand. We were seated at a tiny table and not offered a choice of booth or table last night. The booths are more comfortable, and I would have much preferred that last night, but I get it. I didn’t want to mess up a server’s rotation by requesting we move to another server’s section, so we kept quiet about it. The servers clearly do not want to be there, and they didn’t seem to notice or care that our table needed anything. We had to explicitly ask for every little thing, which required lots of waiting for them to come by the table. We are not demanding people. Just refill our drinks, please! Pre-bus the table! We had zero room on our tiny table for all of our food and dirty dishes. It was an uncomfortable experience. Also, both of the times we have been in the past month, there were flies in the dining area. The food was better the first time we visited. Last night it was mediocre. I ordered a veggie pizza, which (according to the menu) doesn’t come with tomatoes. However, my pizza had huge, soggy tomatoes. The fact that they were huge made it easier to pick them off, but I didn’t want to have to do that—nor should I! Also, my son’s pasta was still hard. Not al dente—just not thoroughly cooked, so he took most of it home in the hopes that sitting in the sauce overnight would soften the pasta. I don’t think atmosphere alone could sway me to return. It’s too bad because the location is so convenient to us.

Love the food. Would love it better if the waitress didn't try talking to me while I'm eating. Otherwise I would recommend it . They fill your drinks and everything is fresh and looks good . Although I would recommend they check the bathroom more often for cleaning.
