Starbucks - Grand Canyon National Park

I made an error by ordering thru the app from a different location. Google maps led me here instead of to the grocery store across the street from this location (store has a Starbucks inside of it).When I inquired about my order, the barista was short and rude. She informed me that it wasn't in her system and she couldn't help me. She did not mention the location of the other store. When I asked the address of the store we were in (trying to verify where I was and where I placed the order), she did not know the address.Kindness goes a long way...

I ordered an Americano, which I always drink, but this branch doesn't taste very good. Still, the store is clean and connected to a supermarket next to it, so it's convenient to use.

Unfortunately, I received another overly diluted coffee in my reusable mug. I believe they are trying to fill it up, but the result is a bad and overpriced cup of coffee. The Americano from Tim Hortons is much better.

I strongly advise against working at or visiting this restaurant. The management mistreats the staff. Please consider not supporting a company that engages in such abusive practices.

Worst Starbucks ever ! It is like these guys have no idea they operate in a world famous touristic place … breakfast rush hour is a pure nightmare, orders incomplete or wrong, unimaginable delays to deliver. All this with coffees way above $5. Come back to earth guys and learn the job.
