Kfc - Grand Haven

I had a great experience at this KFC! The staff treats me like family. It's unfortunate that my local KFC in Whitehall has closed down, so I make the trip to Grand Haven now. I highly recommend trying the famous bowl—it's fantastic!

We stopped by the large KFC oasis on Tuesday night at 9:30, and when my husband ordered our 16-piece meal, we encountered a delightful woman at the counter. She was really cheerful and friendly, completely lifting our spirits. Unlike the tired staff you might expect at closing time, she was full of energy and made the whole experience enjoyable. Her warm greetings and affectionate nicknames, like “baby cake,” brought smiles to our faces, especially as we had a long drive back home to the other side of Ravenna. This visit was definitely worth it, and we plan to return just to see her again. We think she deserves a raise to keep her on the team! By the way, we will be coming here from now on because the service and food at the mall are subpar.

I hadn't intended to stop eating, but the manager, L.W., recommended some dishes that were perfect for me after my oral surgery. The baked potatoes, baked beans, and macaroni and cheese were truly comforting. I appreciated the generous portion sizes they offered this evening.

Consistently pretty good. Your food wasn't amazingly good, but I never got bad food here either. The consistency is estimated. Sometimes the employees seem less than happy, but they are still polite and that's all you can really ask. In any case, recommend if you have a chicken Hankering.
