Írjon visszajelzéstApparently there was some sort of misunderstanding between the guy working the window and the person packing the orders. He handed us our drink and bag and shut the window. It’s normal for people to not say thank you or anything at all to you anymore so we left… unfortunately without checking the bag. Get home, no chicken, only mashed potatoes. So I call and spoke to Rhonda. She said either they’d mail me some coupons (which you know never happens or I could come back and they’d “give” me 4 more pieces of chicken and two biscuits. I say I’m from out of town and we don’t need more food. (Potatoes would be cold by then I’m feeding 3.5 not 6 people. She said, we typically only give people something for free when there’s a mistake. I said, I’m not driving back when gas is $5 a gallon, I’d like a refund then. She replied “well I’m going to need those mashed potatoes back then!!!” Really RHONDA? That’s really not as clever as you think. I said that’s fine, I’ll bring them back.I get there and she’s nice as pie digging to make sure I returned the mashed potatoes and drink we got..then asked me how much it was and said well you should have gotten a receipt. I said no we didn’t. She says well you should have as if I was lying. SMH. I said just return my money. So she rounded up the 73 cents.. wow Rhonda THANKS! 27 cents how generous as this was all my fault.. ? Sure hope nobody gets my returned taters.. ?I’m not in HR, but I think Rhonda should stick to the fryer.. perhaps not dealing with customers. Some are just not cut out for it. This is management? The teenager that greeted me had more poise and professionalism. Hopefully Rhonda takes a hike soon, but we’ll get our chicky elsewhere from here on out. Warm Regards! ?

Took a bit to order due to lack of employees but that's everywhere. Once we ordered food it came out fast and fresh. I think the few employees need a raise even if it was a temp raise until the staff shortage is figured out!
Good warm fresh food. rebecca very customer-friendly in the window and I think she took my order too. large customer service also provides customers
I know everyone is short on help, but it took forever to get our order right. we ordered online and received no confirmation. food: 4/5
