The best smoked meats in the grand valley! Yeah the brisket is definitely tender and delicious, the ribs are competition level, pulled pork and sausage are fabulous but it's the extra stuff! Absolutely the best barbecue we have ever had. And the beans and potato salad were outstanding. We requested catering for 70 people. Included meal, drinks and table seting for a rehearsal dinner. Everyone...and i mean everyone was impressed by the meal and service. Our dinner was such a success!
