Genghis Grill - Grand Prairie

Went in for the bottomless bowl special but couldn't get the second bowl because their large sizes are huge! Our server Arty was personable and answered all questions we had. I will definitely be coming back!

The food was amazing I personally ordered the Supreme Fried Rice and the manager Mike was really helpful and Artie who gave my order to me with kindness!I'm definitely coming back here!

First time at a Ghengis Grill so wasn’t sure what to expect. Miyaki was a superstar explaining the menu, checking on us throughout lunch, and exceptional patience and service. We will be back and the kids already have a plan on what they want to order next.Vegetarian options: Pragers chickenless patties, tofu, rice noodles, brown rice, cauliflower rice, all the vegetablesDietary restrictions: They ask if any food allergies prior to cooking and take full precautions.Kid friendliness: Plenty of kid friendly options once they understand what they are. Highly recommend walking them through the create your own line before ordering so they can visualize options.

Went to this restaurant today. I was assisted by Arty and Jojo, they were so polite Amy the food was delicious.. the manager game by to make sure I had the best service!!

Not recommended. I'm not sure where to start. The Chop Bowl said smashed potatoes (see pic). The Farmhouse Fried Rice was sticky white rice, not fried rice (see pic). I explained to the waitress my need for sauce on the side and other allergy restrictions. Unfortunately, the food came out with everything on it. When I reminded her of my request, she did get me a reorder, and it was wrong as well. We paid for the full meal and did not speak with anyone but the waitress. This was our first and last time. We will not be back.
