Lily is absolutely amazing. She quickly resolved an issue I had a few days ago without any hesitation. She is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. If a manager or someone in a position of authority sees this, please make sure Lily gets the recognition she deserves, perhaps a raise or something similar. She truly made my night and I hope she continues to excel in her role. Keep up the great work, Lily!

This is the greatest Starbucks! I have been visiting this location four times a week for more than a year now, and the staff in the morning always recognize my order as soon as they hear me say 'venti iced coffee....' I absolutely love it!

The visit is always enjoyable. The staff is cheerful and friendly. If there is ever a problem, they quickly make it right.
