House Of Wine - Grand Rapids

We had a lovely time enjoying the outdoor seating on Saturday night. The service was exceptional. There were six of us, and we sampled various wine flights along with both Charcuterie boards, all of which were delicious! The outdoor seating was comfortable, private, and pleasantly warm.

The House of Wine in Grand Rapids is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the selection of wines is vast. There are both indoor and outdoor seating options with a variety of table styles, bars, and cozy chairs. This place comes highly recommended by the Music in the Bottle Podcast. I definitely recommend it!

Our reservation ended up being booked twice due to a glitch in the system, which was quite frustrating at first. We were disappointed to learn that we wouldn't be seated in the cozy, heated huts they had set up for safety during the COVID shutdown. However, since this was a special dinner to celebrate our commitment, the owner/manager went above and beyond to address the situation and ensure we had an unforgettable evening. Thank you to the wonderful staff at the restaurant!

Love, love, love! Would definitely come back and visit again. Great service, delicious wine and we loved the fruit and cheese board! Try the rose when you come, it was the best I had!

Wine Selection variety is superior. Appetizers and light fare are high quality and well executed. Staff are knowledgeable and extremely friendly. High quality wine at a reasonable price served with matching aperitif right here in downtown GR.
