Insomnia Cookies - Grand Rapids

My first time in tonight and I was pleasantly surprised with everything we ordered. Some places charge a lot for mediocre cookies, but these are seriously SO good and really big! LoL My son got 4 deluxe cookies and I got an ice cream cookie sandwich, not knowing how big it would be, and it was HUGE. LOL My son helped me eat it. The employee that helped us was really nice. The inside is cute. They need more chairs, maybe, and a couple more tables, but I was on my way home, and i didn't need to sit. But maybe in the future I will. I have zero complaints. I will definitely be back : (We did start eating the cookies before the photo so the ones in the back are shaped odd. LoL ?

First time here. Placed at order for 8 PM. Nothing was in stock. Waited over 30 minutes for my order. Still nothing. I had to cancel it because the service was that BAD… I suggest going to Crumbl instead. They keep stuff in stock

Super nice staff especially for a place open late. it's a little overpriced for what you get, but you don't have many other options at the same hours. worth it for the double chocolate chunk cookies Parking: Only paid street parking available.

This place is absolutely trash won't take your order and you order online and they take 2 hrs to make anything don't waste you're time

There’s no seating inside, but the ice cream on top of the cookie was BOMBBB ?
