Subway - Grand Rapids

The food was delicious! The restaurant was clean and well-stocked. The service was outstanding as well. Jessica and the manager were both very kind; I've had the pleasure of being served by both of them.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant due to the rude staff member who made the ordering process unnecessarily complicated. It was clear that she was unhappy in her job and had a negative attitude towards the customers she was serving. Her demeanor really took away from the overall experience.

This location is absolutely terrible! The staff is impolite, and the woman with a birthmark on her face is particularly unpleasant. The dining area is often dirty, with employees just standing around.

The service was quick, professional, and friendly. I was attended to right away upon entering, and the staff collaborated seamlessly on my order. The ingredients appeared fresh and of high quality.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is friendly and quick, making sure you’re taken care of in no time. They always seem busy, which is a great sign. I highly recommend it!
