Pontoon boats are nice, staff is friendly and helpful, location is easy to find. Will definitely come back.

Had a great time celebrating a birthday. Very friendly staff. When we arrived we were told that they had upgraded us but the bigger boat lacked any kind of music/sound system so we were mostly without music. Overall it was a great time, will definitely return.

Watch your credit card here. We rented a boat for 2 days with our 2 small dogs Shih Tzus (no shedding) Both under 15 lbs. After the last day they decided we had to pay $53 per day for the dogs. Nothing on the website or in the contract or mentioned in the 25 minute orientation on the boat each day. They charged our cards after the fact. The manager there, Minette, was so rude! Said it was policy yet listed no where. We only had 4 people for a 10 person boat but they wanted more money for cleaning fee. The boat wasn't clean in the beginning but our dogs didn't make a mess.

Beware! Charges may be made to your card after the fact for what they will tell you are their policies that are not in writing anywhere on your rental agreement, the website, postings in the marina office, or verbally from the person going through your agreement when initialing and signing. The policy that we were not made aware of is that there is a $25 per pet policy to take them with you on your pontoon rental for the day. Mind you that these are two little shih tzus that were on leashes and with us throughout the rental process and we were even told by one of the staff that if they were under 15 pounds they would need a life jacket which we informed him we already had. We were made aware of the pet policy on the second day when the couple we were with rented a boat for the day and we were an hour into the day via a phone call to voicemail asking if he wanted to put the charges on the card on file or a different card. This is when we pulled out the agreement that was just signed and pulled up the website we both made our boat reservations through to check for this fee. The fee is nowhere to be found anywhere as of 7/11/2023. Had I been made aware of this fee upfront and charged when I made the agreement there wouldn 't be a problem. I told my friend that I would take care of the charge when we went back in and find out why I wasn 't charged the day before.
