Drive thru service is not good at all, I went there today and I waited at the mic for 10 mins and no one ever asked me what I wanted to order so I left because I didn't want to make people wait in line. It was really stupid honestly
The worst customer service we’ve ever experienced in so called “fast” food. The staff is almost always snappy and rude, and they can’t even make sure all your food is in the bag. When you call, they offer no solutions to fix THEIR mistake. 0 stars if we could. We called about a burger that didn’t make it into our bag and we were told we could come back right then, or have a nice day.
Asked for Oreo mocha fudge blizzard with extra coffee, lady handed me a blizzard barely mixed extremely white I go back through the drive through to ask for a replacement as that was not what I asked for and that blizzard wasn’t for me. I was very kind at first and I said excuse me I don’t normally complain but this ice cream isn’t mixed properly and I don’t think it has extra coffee and she said i put lots of coffee in it so I replied with it’s just very white and not what I asked for and my dad isn’t going to be pleased with this ice cream. She told me to go to the window where I would swap ice creams with her and she looks at the ice creams amd says hm look the same to me I’m so mad extremely rude and sassy staff.
Longest drive thru waiting times of any “fast food” restaurant I’ve ever been too. The worst customer service was tonight (got off work at 9:30) and was told they didn’t serve past 10 even though I was waiting in line since 9:42. Perhaps moving the ordering box to the beginning of the drive thru lane would be better so customers don’t wait 20 minutes in line to be told you are no longer serving. I will only go to the Dairy Queen on 100st from now on!
