Firecrust Neopolitan Pizzeria

I got a chance to build my own pizza todayI was going to have just some of my usual ingredients on top.

This is a 2.5 but because I can't split a star I dropped it to 2Pizza isn't bad but not worth coming again.

Tried this place when it first openedVery simple classic pizza.

The pizza here is amazing: very thin crust, and a balanced portion of toppings/sauce, all with a good fresh taste.This is not the place to go if you want something with lots of toppings, though not alot is needed. The atmosphere of the building is nice and you can see the entire process of your pizza being made. From the dough being stretched to the baking in a wood oven

Perfect crisp dough, fresh ingredients, and a family friendly atmosphere. I am a home cook, and I love to eat at spots where I couldn't recreate the food at home. There's something about that super hot oven that makes perfect pizza!
