Ricky's all day grill - Grande Prairie

Went here for dinner yesterday, my husband and myself and we sat in the bar area, not all the tv's were on and there was no atmosphere at all. The server was quick to give us menus and ask our drinks order ( the menu says to ask server about our wine ) when we asked about the wine selection she replied " I think it's red today " so I ordered a glass of water. The food was no better my husband ordered fish and chips and I ordered homestyle slow roast turkey which comes with stuffing cranberry sauce garlic mashed potatoes and sautéed seasonal vegetables, sounds good, but I got dry deli turkey,bland instant mash potato and frozen vegetables the only tasty part was the cranberry sauce and the coleslaw that came with my husbands fish and chips, won't be eating here ever again

This place is horrible the waitress does not enjoy her job. When taking our order she leaned on the post like we were annoying here. Gave us cold cuts Ham instead of bacon. Fruit bowl was just pineapple just horrible horrible. Please stay away never refilled our coffee. Gave us water in glasses that were chipped and could of cut our mouths !!!!!

Absolutely in shock today as we went for lunch today at 1pm only to be told they are refusing to take anymore customers. They said it would take more than an hour to get food and didn't ask if we wanted to wait. Restaurant was only a quarter full. My wife and I were pretty upset about this. We have never been turned away from any restaurant before. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves!

Went in for a quick breakfast. Only a few other people were there so I thought it should be quick. Only one waitress but she was able to handle the tables. I ordered a simple ham and eggs and coffee. While I waited for my meal four other tables filled up, ordered, and finished their breakfast. I decided I had waited long enough and got up to leave. The waitress came over and said that my order had just came up. I asked her to put it into a box and I would take it with me. I waited another 5 minutes to have it brought out. It came in a fancy cardboard box in a oversized shopping bag. I ate the toast driving home which was cold and dry, the rest went to the dog.

Went for a late breakfast. Coffee came.Waitied 15 mins with an empty cup, no server to be seen. Breakfast came cold cept hubbies toast and my saugages. The butter on my waffle didn't melt at all asked for coffee and waited some another 5-10 mins.The bathroom stalls in the girls and guys rooms didnt latch and the bathrooms were dirty.They didnt even offer us the opportunity to tell them how our experience was... they didnt bother asking. (I was going to say" ok at best"). Over $40 for 2! Oh well.. i was hungry and it was food.
