After what was a poopie day for me, I did not have enough to buy the stuff I need for my kids bday dinner today. A WONDERFUL kind amazing employee came out when I was leaving, and brought/bought me the rest of my stuff. PLEASE give her the credit she deserves for her exceptional customer service and humanity. For people like me these things mean way more than others can imagine. So thank you lady!!!

Excellent produce and quality products throughout this store.Their process are on the high end and the staff isn't anything spectacular, however there are a few employees that go that extra mile and should be better appreciated for their efforts.Unfortunately, these corporations treat everyone the same, from the worst employee to the hardest working, they are all just a number!Thank you too all of you who DO work hard and DO try to make customers enjoy their shopping experience at your store!

Negatives, The overall prices are much TOO high, especially compared to Superstore, Safeway and Wal-Mart in GP.Just one example, bought a regular pack of organic celery there on May 12th, it was $8!!! Comparable price locally at other stores would be about $5. Just ridiculous.They also refuse to discount ANY items, even when the BB date is very soon. We hate throwing out food but they don't seem to have a problem with that. This should definitely be looked into.The dairy items SHOULD all be in enclosed coolers with glass doors. Having them on open shelves is not good.Having coolers with frozen items like ice cream directly across from the cleaners is not well placed. These powerful scents don't belong near ANY food items, they get transferred so easily.Worst of all, A LOT of the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Produce department is the worst. Seem to lack training and leadership. (see exception below).Plus....Special mention for Abby, at the front self check -outs and customer service. She is a real asset to this store.? ALWAYS helpful and friendly.

Prices are a little higher than most other grocery stores. Natural food aisle has a good selection only rivalled by Superstore.

Bought a bakery tray and it was not as advertised. The manager admitted that the picture is deceiving. Offered no solution. Save your money and go elsewhere
