Kfc - Grandview

Every time I go to KFC, I nearly always order their 5-piece spicy tenders. Unfortunately, they rarely provide enough spicy sauce or the pickles that accompany the meal. Lately, it seems like the spiciness has been lacking as well. I often wonder why I keep coming back to this place. The only reason I can come up with is that when they get it right, it's simply amazing and delicious!

The person managing the counter on this day deserves recognition. She was assertive yet polite, and worked efficiently. She skillfully handled the front counter, fulfilled orders, and managed the drive-thru like a true professional. This establishment would likely struggle to operate smoothly without her.

Chicken greasy and half cooked. Received 2quarts of mash potatoes and 2 pints of gravy. Instead of mash potatoes an cold slaw. Very disappointed. Will not spend another $25 with them.

The service was very rude. We got a bucket and was supose to get 3 sides and she rudely told me it only came with 2 when clearly on the sign in bold black letters said 3. When we got our food it was just thrown into the bag and the chicken looked like ithad been setting for a little bit. We got 2 sides and no silver wear to eat it with and no napkins not even one. I will not bereturning to this KFC.
