The younger waitstaff are friendly and attentive, providing a personal touch to the dining experience. If you're traveling along Route 66 through western Illinois, this is definitely one of the better places to stop for a bite. Don't forget to save room for the strawberry shortcake—it's absolutely fantastic! I would certainly come back here to eat again.
The Itty Bitty Restaurant is fantastic! The staff is both friendly and efficient. I especially enjoy the catfish they serve on Fridays. Their coffee is great as well. And I must mention, the blonde cook is incredibly sweet!
