Carson's Bistro - Grants Pass

Had an e-mail from them today (3/29/22), saying that they are closed for the month (22 april) and can or cannot open again. that is a terrible thing to hear because carson had become our favorite restaurant after my last review. we would drive the 80 miles over the coast, about once a month, just to dinate with carson and jolie, and then again another 80 miles the following day.

Delicious food with a great variety on the menu. Despite the busy atmosphere, it is surprisingly quiet. Unfortunately, I was too full to enjoy the tempting desserts. Reservations are a must for seating.

Great atmosphere, amazing food and service. Every bite was full of flavor and everything cooked to perfection. Seared ahi, Thai chicken, and grilled cheese with tomato and leek bisque. Definitely returning.

The first thing she will beat when she goes into carson’s is the beautiful facility. the decorations are fun. the lighting is entertaining and funny and the tables are all beautiful wood panels. then they will undoubtedly be delighted by the amazing employees in carson’s they are a joy to be around and take care of their customers. if all this has not overwhelmed you with joy, wait for the food. it's amazing. Your gourmet friend will probably not admit more than she will stuff her face with maybe a few happy grunts when they catch her breath, and her pagan friend will find eating that is tasty without frightening. then, after they are filled with all this food and love, they must choose from a fantastic selection of dessert options. The dining experience was fantastic! The atmosphere was wonderful and the chef and his wife even came out to check on us and see how we enjoyed our meal. The waitress was friendly and professional, always wearing a smile.
