Taqueria Burritos Locos - Grapevine

I was craving street tacos, so I searched online and came across this restaurant that appeared to be an authentic taqueria. I decided to place my order through their website for pickup. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, they informed me that they never received my order and seemed confused about the situation (which I showed them on my phone).

I visited this restaurant about half a dozen times last year. They seemed to try to do things right, but they consistently fell short of expectations. Today was the last straw as it was a series of mistakes. The soda machine was broken, the soda was expired and flat, the food was of poor quality (very dry and practically tasteless), and the service was terrible. Additionally, we had a valid credit to save 20% on the meal, but the staff did not have a card to authorize it. We will not be returning.

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance and is easy to locate, with a staff that is friendly. We only tried the gorditas and a drink, but unfortunately they were not exceptional. The meat was dry and there was an excessive amount of skin and fat on the hawn, lacking in spices and flavor. The texture was plain and did not seem fresh. I am not completely opposed to trying other dishes, but I am unsure given this experience. I was disappointed as I had high hopes, especially considering the number of customers at the restaurant.

The best Mexican restaurant in the opposite, carne a la mexicana is so delicious and the burritos have this authentic Mexican taste. frau norma gave us a very warm greeting and made us feel at home. they were fast to take our orders and to buy our food immediately. my favorite thing about this place are the prices, they were very easy on my bags. I recommend this restaurant, please try her best to give this one try.

Went here with my family this weekend and had a decent early dinner. My husband wanted tacos and this was the place that popped up on my search. We were promptly greeted and served our drinks in an orderly fashion and our food order was taken thereafter. Our waitress was friendly and came to check on us regularly. Food was good and loved the fact they had good authentic food. One thing I did love is that they took my children into consideration without me having to ask for them to bring their food first to let it cool off. It was good and hearty meal for them. I ddnt see a kids menu or I may have missed it. It is a big menu with lots of choices. My kids are picky, but my kids loved their food.The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the plate that I ordered for the kids came with rice and bean sides, but never received it.
