Burger King - Grass Valley

I ordered a regular cheeseburger, but they gave me half of a Whopper burger without any cheese. Our Whoppers were also missing cheese and all the toppings. To make matters worse, they forgot the sauce for our nuggets, and the fries looked like they had been scraped from the bottom of the fryer, covered in bits of burnt residue.

As for the chicken fries and regular fries, I suggest air frying them instead of deep frying. This would make them crispier and healthier. Now, regarding the sauce—please increase the spice level. It's crucial to emphasize the need for a spicier sauce. Using fresh ingredients in your sauces would not only enhance their flavor but also boost their overall quality and appeal. Investing in an air fryer and crafting each sauce from scratch might require additional upfront costs. However, this investment will likely pay off in the long run as you'll attract more customers.

The dish was soggy and lackluster, but the fries were quite good.

We stopped here while leaving Nevada City, and I must say, the customer service at the drive-thru was exceptional, thanks to a really friendly lady! The breakfast sandwiches were great—quick, fresh, and delicious. Thank you!

Burger King has the best tri-tip ever! I wish others would show some consideration instead of being so selfish.
