Írjon visszajelzéstThe menu has been expanded since my last visit, and I really appreciate the new options. I ordered the tagliatelle bolognese, and it was outstanding. The cocktails consistently impress as well. The staff and service were impeccable.
The drinks were quite expensive and lacked strength. When I requested the bartender to make my gin and tonic a bit stronger, it turned out to be mostly tonic water. He complied with my request, but didn’t mention that I would be charged for an entirely additional drink.
I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the food to be decent, but certainly not exceptional. Unfortunately, it was overly salty to the point where it was nearly inedible. I couldn't finish my meal because of the excessive saltiness. I can't help but wonder if the chef even tasted the dish before serving it. The service left something to be desired as well, with long waits between visits from the waitstaff. On the positive side, the atmosphere was pleasant, being situated in a historic hotel.
Just...wow. We come from a culinary background, so we know a good restaurant/bar when we taste one. EVERYTHING was 10 out of 10. Thank you so much for exceeding our expectations. We are going to be talking about this experience for a long time.
This is a wonderfully romantic spot for Valentine's Day! Consider stopping by Cirionos in Grass Valley for a special drink. The hotel is situated on the main street and boasts a fascinating history, complete with ghost stories related to this hotel/bar/restaurant. Although the building is old, it features a renovated elevator. The smoked chicken wings are fantastic, thanks to the smoker located in the backyard. The atmosphere is both friendly and stylish. Be sure to try the chocolate old-fashioned from Kawika; it's the perfect touch for your visit!
