Harvester Gravesend - Gravesham

Amber was an excellent host! I ordered a steak and ribs meal but only received the steak at first. When I asked about the ribs, they were promptly brought out.

The restaurant did not have many items from the menu available. The waitress seemed overwhelmed by the busy crowd, with customers complaining about having to wait an hour and a half for their food. We also experienced a long wait for our order.

Harvester Gravesend does not accept OpenTable bookings. Despite making a reservation and arriving on time, a staff member informed me that they did not have my reservation on file. When I showed them the confirmation, the staff member dismissed it and mentioned that they do not utilize OpenTable reservations. They showed little concern about our ruined Mother's Day meal. As they could not provide a table time for us, we decided to leave.

Had a lovely Mother's Day treat. Had the set three course meal, good selection to chose from.

The salatable was great and although the staff must do it for them, I really prefer that. no crisp children who breathe or play about them, pick them up with their hands. definitiw hygienic. what we ordered was great, they won't be starving after home. very friendly and helpful staff. very clean recommended booking a table as if we left there was a snake waiting for a table.
