Taco Bell - Gray

I arrived at 10:41 PM on Thursday, October 19. According to both the app and Google, the restaurant closes at 11 PM. I waited at the speaker box for 7 minutes without receiving a response, so I drove around to the pickup window. There, I saw a guy leaning against the front counter, simply staring at me. I decided to go back to the speaker box to try again and said, "Hello?" but still got no reply. When I drove around again, he was still leaning against the counter, clearly just waiting for closing time and refusing to take my order. I eventually drove off, watching as he continued to stare out the window. I understand it can be frustrating when customers arrive close to closing, but if you say you close at 11, the staff should be willing to serve customers until then. What really frustrated me was that I just wanted to grab a Baja Blast Freeze, and I could see that the machine was on and working.

I went there at night, and the girl at the drive-thru told me that the system was down and that I would have to wait 30 minutes. She asked me to wait in the parking lot. After about 20 minutes, I noticed two employees come out of the only parked car, smoking marijuana and acting rowdy. I decided to leave right away. The service was truly disappointing.
