Mcdonald's - Grayslake

The manager, Maria, was extremely rude. I ordered through the app, which confirmed the address of the restaurant, so I proceeded with my order. When I arrived at the drive-thru, I was told that I had placed my order at the wrong McDonald's and was asked to leave. The window was closed on me without any apology for the incorrect address provided. I had to drive 10 minutes to the correct McDonald's because my child was hungry. This experience was very unprofessional and demonstrated a lack of customer service.

McDonalds always gives you a great deal on junk food. They give you the food as quickly as possible and as hot as possible. This specific restaurant had exceptional customer service, especially when you consider the average McDonalds customer. The manager was helping an older woman with the McDonald's app so that she could get a discount for her food. He spent about 10 minutes with her, and then finally just gave her the food because she couldn't understand how all the app worked and 10 minutes per customer is way too much time to spend on one person.

It's a nice place for fast food, but please make sure to check your order before leaving next time. There's often something wrong with the order. Management, please support your staff to ensure better service and happier customers. Thank you!

The service at this restaurant is outstanding! The staff is not only attentive and efficient but also extremely friendly. I had a great experience interacting with everyone. The bathroom was impeccably clean, and overall, this establishment is one of the cleanest I've ever visited.

The service was terrible and the manager even worse. They had me waiting for a fish sandwich for almost 20 minutes.when I went in they were hurdle and talking and laughing didn't even realize I was standing there. What really made it worse when I said hello can I get some help they start talking in Spanish. I just got a refund and left. Yhey worse part about it I needed it because my sugar was low.
