The hotel is lovely, with a charmingly old-fashioned vibe that is very well taken care of. Our room was spacious and even had a mini kitchen.

I want to start by saying that the front desk staff was accommodating and respectful. However, we encountered some issues when we entered a room that was 66 degrees and the heat was not working. The front desk informed us that they had to provide us with a heater, as it normally does not turn on until later in the week. Our key cards stopped working after a day, and we were told that they had been magnetized by being near phones or other cards, requiring us to get them fixed at the front desk. Despite the fantastic and modern design of the lobby, the rooms appeared outdated and old. The elevator lobby button only worked half the time and required a firm press to register input. In my opinion, for a place rated 4.2 stars, I expected a much better experience. Rooms: 2 Service: 4 Location: 2
