Huffman Café - Great Wood

I visited Huffman Café for the first time today and took the recommendation for the Huffman Omelet. It was fantastic—very filling and exactly what I was looking for! I also had a waffle, which was delicious and wonderfully fluffy. I’ll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work!

This restaurant was quite busy on Saturday morning. The service was prompt, and the food was delicious.

I recently enjoyed some delicious French toast at Huffman Cafe. I've visited a few times, and considering the location, prices, and food quality, it's likely our top choice for dining out in the Huffman area. The food is consistently good, though it leans towards the average side with a very “home-cooked” diner vibe. The service has been quite good—neither neglectful nor intrusive. However, the atmosphere feels a bit low effort. It doesn’t seem dirty, but it also doesn’t come across as particularly clean. The interior is rather dark and has a somewhat dated, worn-down appearance. With just a bit of maintenance, repainting, and daily care, this space could really reach its full potential.

My son and I visited for the first time. He had the French toast along with bacon, sausage, and eggs, while I opted for the fried pork chops, potatoes, eggs, and a pancake. The food was delicious, and we really enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be coming back!

Breakfast is delicious and made fresh. My favorite dish is the lumberjack (no need for a flannel shirt!). The service is excellent!
