McDonald's - Greater Shepparton

We came through the drive through at around 1300 hours on 21.05.2017 and placed our order for two large fries. Came to the window and my partner handed the girl a $20 note. All the time this exchange was occurring this girl was talking and giggling to another male staff member. So much so that she literally dropped our change out the window and completely missed handing it to my partner! to add insult to injury she shrugged her shoulders when we asked for help and condescendingly said "oh sorry" and promptly closed the window, ignored us and continued to bat her sweet little eyes to the male staff member. I had to get out of the car in the middle of the drive through to collect our change. I believe that this is in contravention of McDonalds health and safety policies and certainly do not appreciate being placed in a position where my health and safety are at risk due to the neglect of a member of staff.

The drive through girls are so rude. If they actually listened to what we order they may not have got it all wrong. No old fashioned thanks or hello.

I realise it's McDonald's but the food was badly put together and servings very inconsistent. Ordered two large loaded fries with sweet chili and sour cream. One had huge blobs of cream and the other almost none (literally) and when I showed the girl at the counter she said "what's the problem"! Asked for the manager and ponited out that they have a problem with consistency (and staff attitude) and he took both the fries away and gave us two with the correct amount. I won't go in ro the burger, but it wasn't well made at all. At least the manager said he'd have a talk with the burger room about it. We don't expect "high tea" from McDonalds but we do know what these companies expect from their staff - and this is NOT it. Even if you love McDonalds I don't recommend eating here.

Always order the coffee frappe, takes no time to make it and as with all maccas, you know exactly what you are going to get.

This is a very good McDonalds, it is clean and tidy,and the staff are very helpful and friendly ,they have a smile on their face and they make you feel comfortable,it has a good kids area ,and a very good McCafe,it makes the stop a very pleasant one.All McDonalds should have the same level of service,and cleanliness ,they don't this is one of the good ones,well worth a stop.
