Tim Hortons - Greater Sudbury

Tim's is alright, I prefer Country Style. The issue is that Tim's gets orders wrong lots of times. Their sandwiches used to be bigger, and they had more selection.

Tim Hortons tends to favor the drive thru...as a walk in customer..you must wait at times.

All is good but service inside is bad. I mean it's Slow because the staff here is too busy talking and laughing and don't even take the time and serve you right away. They should also think of having all the staff wear gloves to serve customers.

This Tim Hortons is one of my favorite ones in Sudbury to chill or relax over a coffee. It's location allows a better class of people to visit.

I ordered an iced coffee with MILK because I have a cream allergy… they still gave me one with milk. Absolutely disappointed, it happens all the time. They also put a shot of caramel and NOT vanilla.
