The service at this restaurant was exceptional during our quick lunch. The pizza was delicious and the flavors were amazing. I highly recommend this place!

If I could, I would give this restaurant zero stars. I was questioned extensively for ordering a pizza without sauce, and even asked if it was for health reasons! I also ordered what I thought was a 12-piece sticky bun for 12.99, but instead received 7 unfrosted and underwhelming buns. They were more focused on my sauce preference than ensuring I received what I paid for. Additionally, the pizza I ordered with cream cheese had barely 1 tablespoon of cheese. I was disgusted and will not be returning.

I really wanted to love this restaurant, but my first two experiences were quite terrible. Today, I ordered wings while it wasn't busy and ended up waiting well over 25 minutes. Several other customers were served during this time, and the staff kept making pizzas, even though there were at least 3 or 4 of them available to help. I tried to get the attention of the owners, but they seemed preoccupied for a few minutes instead of assisting customers or us. I really do want to love this place, but they need to improve their system. Pre-ordering may be a good idea.

Previous website was not great and I could never pass through when they specify an order, but we finally have a chance to sit down and try this place. the customer service was great. huge smile and courtesy. pizza was excellent. we have created our own and look forward to a special pizza. bierwand was fun and affordable perk.

When this place first opened we enjoyed the atmosphere, open seating, and beer wall. The past few experience have not been good. Today, we decided we will not be coming back. They have “servers” but you are still required to get your own drinks, which was chaotic. They did not have any domestics beers and most of the beers they did have were tapped. We waited close to an hour for our food and it was terrible. Every time we asked a server for an ETA, they said they would check and never follow up. Our wings were burned and without the sauce we asked for. We found out after the fact, that the sauce the server offered us was out and we had to self serve and alternative. The “Ceaser salad” came as a plate with Romain lettuce and Italian dressing they also did not tell us until after that they were out of chicken and croutons. The cheesy bread was okay but was NOT worth the hour wait. We were informed that the servers didn’t even know that a band was coming in to play! Thankfully, there’s other pizza places in Greeley we can go to.
