Pho Duy - Greeley

We're kind of food. There's a pretty decent place in the Foco. Although that was all we should have found. Bread, fresh vegetables and noodles are all so important in the kitchen. Most places cut corners into more than one. This place... this place meets all traces for us. Disclaimer. we went right when they opened for best results. Oh, man, there were results. The broth was delicious! We had the brisket and rare beef. Although only the rare beef should get! Was basically through the time it hit the table and was so tender (although not much in the bowl I had the Med size). Veggies were so fresh and once torn and into the Pho the aroma... Oh man. And if you like spices we love, the image of this chili paste... pure liquid flavor with just enough bite. Amazing with the pork rolls that were crispy hot fresh. Sooooo... we could be back this month or this week... maybe tonight. Sigh P.S. that the chili bottle was full when we were there... Nobody knows if they sell this in IV bags...

I am originally from G city, but I live in Pagosa Springs ca. 7 hours away. Whenever I'm back to town, the first place I'm going is not Mum or Dad's it Pho Duy. Love your food. gratitude and love.

I never had a bad experience here! The staff is amazing and the food is always better! Once we went for a lunch break and the food took 20 minutes to get out. I wasn't angry AT ALL, but they gave us 25% of our entire meal! I love Pho Duy:

Had to try this place that sounds good for years. And I was happy that I went and will probably return for the same meal. This place can hit me again.
