Iron Duck - Green Bay

This is my grandson's favorite place to get a filet!! We went for his 8th Birthday and that is just what he got!! Great food and service!!

The appetizer's were very good (cheese curds, the bread service, and bruschetta), however in a group of 10 none of us were impressed by the entrees we ordered. I ordered the duck tacos. I have had duck at many restaurants, the duck tacos at The Iron Duck were terrible. I couldn't finish them. The flavor was especially gamey, and tasted as if the meat had turned. Others in my group who had ordered the same as I did felt similarly.

It was an amazing experience, the food, the atmosphere and Caleb and his staff were awesome! A must have is their signature margarita, with their own tequila made with a secret ingredient, milk! It's clear and smooth, the best! Bruschetta, jambalaya, Rueben, salmon and fish tacos all were fantastic! Presentation was top notch Definitely will be back!

Awesome, fantastic restaurant. Atmosphere is one of the best I've seen. I have a wheat allergy and I was not treated as an OTHER. It was amazing. Waitress went back and alerted the kitchen that there was a wheat allergy order coming in so they could be prepared. Completely gluten free fryer. Lots of GF choices. The cheese curds were so good. We had gluten free cheese curds (you must try all the sauces), gluten free duck tacos, the jerk salmon over risotto, and jambalaya. This food was top notch. Gluten free food can have weird textures but this was perfect.The cheese curds were lightly breaded and enormous.The duck tacos were seasoned well and tender. The pickled carrots on top were great.The risotto and salmon was slightly over cooked but the flavors were a tasty pineapple, jalapeño.The Jambalaya was actually pretty spicy!We had a bunch of drinks and they were very unique in texture. A real delight to try.The lavender ice cream and gluten free cookie were a great way to end the night.
