The food is always hot and delicious. The only downside is being charged twice for an item I had already ordered and paid for, only to be told it wasn't processed. Other than that, the service is good and the food is great. I especially love the Menudo and Pozole.

Once I got home, I dug into my steak fajitas first. Unfortunately, they lacked seasoning, the vegetables needed more cooking, and the steak was tough, almost like a poorly cut piece of meat stuck together. But that wasn't even the worst part. About ten minutes into eating, I ended up throwing up everything. I didn't even get a chance to try the steak taco. I decided to return to the restaurant to see if I could get a refund. When I explained to the same man who took my order that there was something wrong with the food, he issued the refund but seemed to take offense, saying things like, “You guys always come back saying you're sick.” I felt like he was implying something negative about me, and I couldn't help but feel it was a reiteration of experiences I've had before as a Black man. I tried to handle the situation calmly and respectfully, but it felt like he had an attitude directed at me when I was simply trying to address an issue with the food. Because of this experience, I will never return to this establishment again! Upon reflection, even if he didn't mean what I thought he did, the overall situation still stands. If many customers are getting sick from your food and you're not willing to listen, that is a serious concern.

I’ve visited this restaurant several times in the past, and the food used to be quite good. I'm not sure what went wrong, but during my most recent visit, there was a mistake with my order. When they brought out the corrected dish, they forgot to include the rice and beans. The overall quality of the food has significantly declined, going from good to mediocre. To make matters worse, I noticed an unexplained charge of $9.50 on my bill. Unfortunately, I don’t think I'll be returning.

Great food served up quickly. Comfortable atmosphere would definitely go back. Highly recommend trying this place.
