The flavor strikes a nice balance between medium and dark, with a slight emphasis on the dark side without being overly intense. I would definitely choose this spot for espresso beans, in addition to Rally Coffee, as they both excel in espresso quality. I haven't visited the store yet, so I can't comment on their customer service, but I'm looking forward to checking it out soon. One thing I would suggest is that their coffee bags could use a more attractive and fun design—just a cosmetic detail, of course. I’d even volunteer to design their packaging since I'm a designer! Another point to note is that there isn't a roast date on the package, which makes it difficult to know when the beans might expire. Additionally, the weight printed on the bag should be larger. I also noticed that another customer mentioned inconsistencies with the weight, which makes me a little nervous. I hope that's just a one-time issue.

This restaurant is incredibly professional, and it's wonderful to see such happy staff. They offer a fantastic selection of products. We've been grinding our own beans at home, so discovering a place that sells whole beans is a real delight. I even ordered some online once when I was running low, and I received it the very next day. Their customer service is excellent, and the people are really friendly. From now on, I'll only be buying my beans from here!
