Can be slow, but pizza is really good and so are the wings

During my first two visits to this Pizza Hut, I was impressed with the customer service and enjoyed the pizza very much. I recently came across some comments about Pizza Hut's pizza being quite greasy, but I thought, if you're mindful of your weight, are you really opting for pizza in the first place? Unfortunately, my third visit was disappointing. The customer service was lacking, and it felt like the pizza was hastily prepared. Overall, I was not pleased with either the service or the pizza this time. In fact, I felt the customer service was bordering on rude.

I placed an online order, but the estimated time kept getting pushed back to 90 minutes. I tried calling multiple times to cancel my order, but no one answered. Eventually, the pizza arrived, and it was disappointing in taste. When I asked for a refund, they instructed me to come to the restaurant and bring the pizza boxes with me.

Delicious food and wonderful clientele! I have no complaints at all! Thank you for your excellent service!
