As a regular customer and someone who values the convenience and quality of Sweetgreen, my experience this time was far from satisfactory.Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the sweet potatoes were excessively burnt and dry, giving the appearance of leftovers. Additionally, the green goddess ranch, a crucial component of my chosen dish, was missing entirely. This was particularly discouraging for me, especially after a grueling 16-hour shift at the hospital down the street.I have always appreciated the quality and freshness that Sweetgreen is known for, but this recent experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I kindly request that you address these issues promptly and provide a resolution to ensure that such incidents do not happen in the future.
Food was alright, but I got food poisoning from one of their bowls. Never coming again
