Cafegency Organic Bean Coffeehouse

I had a great time during my visit to this restaurant. I ordered the whole bagel, which was better than some other places I've tried, and the cream latte coffee. The atmosphere of the place is cozy and eclectic, and the staff are friendly and professional. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I visited a coffee shop with a unique decor! They have a wide selection of smoothies that are very impressive. I ordered a protein shake, but they also offer coffee, lattes, and delicious pastries from Alex Cheesecake (a local bakery). The staff was very friendly. I will definitely be returning!

The coffee was decent, but I had a major problem with the service. The two women at the front seemed disinterested and unfriendly. I'm not sure if it's because of my race or if they just have a bad attitude, but some of them wouldn't even acknowledge me unless I greeted them first. This will be my last visit here. I prefer to give my business and tips to places where they are appreciated. Employees like this can seriously harm a business.

Coffee is okay, but I have a bigger issue. The two ladies up front seem like they didn’t want to be bothered. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a person of color or some of them continually have bad mornings just when I come in. Some of them won’t greet you unless you do so first. Definitely my last time going. I’ll take my business and tips were their appreciated. Employees like this can and will ruin a business.
